What we store

Your account email and name, your shop details (name, GSTIN, FSSAI, address), and the business records you enter — bills, stock, customers, suppliers, farmers and payments.

Who can see it

Only members of your shop, with the role you give them. Each shop's data is kept separate from every other shop. Vinayak Clouds staff access it only to answer your support requests or when the law requires.

What we never do

We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not message your customers — WhatsApp messages are sent only when you tap share.

Your rights

You can export your records (CSV, Tally) at any time. Your data stays available even if your plan lapses. To delete your shop, contact us.
